  Short walk to beach, condo is very comfortable, has all the comforts of home plus lots more. Don't want to leave.

  Nice area, pool and views...easily accessible to both beach and local shops..parking and navigating the property was easy too.

  Stayed in this building for the second time last week. The first time we stayed we had a condo on the fifth floor. It was extremely clean. This time we had a unit on the second floor. The condo had some nice updates, but it wasn't kept well. We had to re-clean after arriving. This condo was managed by an agency and when I emailed them about the lack of cleanliness I didn't receive any kind of comment back from them. Also was not happy to receive a text from the cleaning service the day before we left to ask if we might be vacating early. I never gave management permission to give out my phone number. We will definitely visit Marco Island again. Just not in this building. Giving it 3 stars for the location which is amazing.
