  Dr. Robison is one of the most caring and ethical dental professionals in the business and would never bill an insurance company for work not completed. This is a malicious and slanderous comment.
  
  We offer products in our office as a convenience. Parents are offered a prescription to see if recommended products might be covered by insurance.
  
  The unprofessional office staff person responsible for his unfortunate customer service experience has been terminated.
